We also collect usage information automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

We use your information to: respond to inquiries and provide quotes; scope, schedule, and deliver aerial data projects; send service updates and, with your consent, occasional company news; improve our services and website; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver your project: with partnered licensed surveyors or subcontractors when your project requires them; with Blue Nose Aerial Imaging (our franchisor) for coordination; with service providers who assist our operations under confidentiality agreements; and with law enforcement when required by law. Project deliverables and site data are treated as confidential to the client.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable, industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, secure storage, and access controls. Project files are retained for 90 days for re-delivery unless an extended retention plan is arranged. No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; opt out of marketing communications at any time; and request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual retention requirements).
